For the exclusive lasso version, is anyone still waiting for theirs from Sideshow? The wait is getting real annoying and I curious if anyone is on the same boat as me in terms of waiting from Sideshow. I don't know if 8 should just keep waiting or if I hold cancel my order to find another retailer.

I wouldn't throw away your NRD. Might be worth just reaching out to their Customer service to get an ETA. I'm pretty sure she's in stock on their site right now, so might want to make sure payments and everything are good.

Yeah I didn’t preorder I patiently waited for the exclusive kept checking their site for months and the moment I saw the regular in stock I just ordered the regular. I would imagine they can swap a order to a regular to get it out to you.

Someone a few pages back cut the rounded part of the peg in half so it was flat and that made it sit lower.

As xtinct said, non refundable deposit. If you pre-ordered you'll be throwing away like $30. It's weird though, I got the exclusive one with the lasso back in the first week of March. Can't believe their next batch has taken so long.

Yeah it would’ve been great if they threw in a sword and shield, even if not accurate to the ‘84 film.

Now that WW84 figs are hitting everywhere, I was able to score a second body affordably. So I've got a kinda DX thing going on here with one body set up with the JL/BvS look, and the second body with the original 84 armor. The only mod I've done, other than putting the JL armor on the 84 body, is modifying the head connector to allow the head to sit lower and fix the giraffe neck look out of the box. Can't decide which I like more, it's nice to have both options.

Yeah thanks Rory, I’m going to give your approach a try this weekend. I was unsuccessful in trying to convince myself that the neck wasn’t too long.

I do think your repaint looks awesome as well, but I’m not skilled enough to pull that off so I will leave the 1984 version alone after altering the neck.

Have been digging the HT WW84 figure, but those gauntlets were so oversized and cartoonishly rendered, I decided to come up with a more film accurate solution. I took a pair of HT JL gauntlets, chromed them with alumaluster, weathered them to match the film and presto! They are a lot sleeker and more fitted looking, and not all flat and chonky anymore.
