I'm not riled up about the ES because I just saved 400 dollars. I won't be buying Wonder Woman PF any time soon, and maybe she will be heavily discounted at the WB store like Batman PF was. Congrats to the guys that bought her but for the price, she isn't worth it imo if I can pick one up later down the line for discount. Catwoman is clearly going to be a pass too. I would pay $150 for a statue with a massive ES like the DC Cover Girls, but I would never pay $400. What's the ES on the WW REG, 6000...? No thanks. I'll buy the Koto Wonder Woman instead. The Koto Supes is just as awesome imo and way cheaper too.
You're entitled to your viewpoint of course, but put one of those tiny little cover girls next to the Batman PF and tell me that you're not getting your extra $250 worth. Putting aside the number on the base, tell anyone outside this hobby that isn't wrapped up in the numbers that the difference between the Batman PF and the 1/7 scale Arkham City Batman statue is $250, and see how many people think you're getting the most bang for your buck out of the tiny DC direct piece. The $150 price tag may be easier to swallow, but you buy more of those tiny things and end up spending just as much or more than you would have on a PF collection.
1/4 scale PFs, IMHO, offer the most bang for your buck in this hobby PERIOD. Even with rising prices and edition sizes. Just my 2 cents.
