Yep, I totally missed em too. Wonder who they will end up being... hopefully Apocalypse will look much different (bigger and more menacing) for the majority, if not all, of the sequel.

Man DOFP was awesome.

Since X3 the franchise has waffled abit and you never really knew what was gonna happen next, in a bad way. But with DOFP the movie ends and I couldn't fricken wait to see what happens next.

I guess what I mean is since 2007 the movies have been more singular-minded, open and closed whereas this felt like the first of something, with more to come.

I'm glad the franchise is progressing from first class (which was a great movie on its own) but sadly, the likelihood of seeing X-men along with the avengers is becoming even more highly unlikely.

I don't want to see the X-Men in an Avengers film or vice versa.

I'm happy with what Fox is doing with its X-Men universe and I'm happy with what Marvel is doing with the MCU. There are plenty of characters that I would rather see make their big screen debut than to have a X-Men/Avengers team up movie.

Now, if we're talking about Wolverine showing up and going berserk on a couple of Ultron drones, I'm all for that

Glimmer of hope, contrary to what people assumed, Tatum hasn't signed to be Gambit!!!
Negotiations are going well and its, and its like it is at the 1-yard line.

I dont want Tatum to be Gambit. As I mentioned before, at the very least, have actors cast for the role, and if he beats out the other
actors, then maybe he does deserve it. But not give him the role cause he wants to be Gambit.
He just doesnt have the look of Gambit.
I pray to god Singer gets to do the Apocalypse movie and has a big say on who he wants as Gambit.

Tatum gets a bit to much flack, he's good actor especially when he's given good material. He actually looks good in the new film that's a true story about the wrestling coach that killed his students brother, Steve Carrol plays the coach. I think tatum could be just fine as Gambit.

Kitch is fine. I think he did a great job, and he looked the part. Sure, they can work on the accent.
The only bad movie he's been in is Battleship.
I know a lot of people didnt like Origins, but I enjoyed Origins a lot.
And John Carter movie Rocked! Not his fault Disney overbudget the movie and didnt back it up.

He's also getting a lot of positive feedback for his role in "the Normal Heart".
But I'm fine even if they didnt cast him back as Gambit as long as they have a normal casting to be Gambit.
Not just cast the Tatum cause he wants to be Gambit and let his name carry the movie.

I have quite a list of requirements: the gritty 5 'o-clock shadow, them weird dark red eyes, fighting staff, playing cards, and his accent.

All he has to do is nail the accent, and I'm glad to hear him most interviews talk about how he's practicing it already. It doesn't hurt he seems to really like the character, I think he's going to nail it.

I'm pretty sure they will make it work with Tatum as he's A-list and will bring in more hype/viewers.

I just hope he gets back into shape like when he first came out, or even magic mike. He has a tendency to put on the lbs when he doesn't need to be fit and it makes him look like a potato lol

I hear he always had a southern accent and he hides it well; so Tatum trying to do Gambit's accent shouldn't be too much of a stretch for him? What do you all think?

I know there's the possibility we will get a young jean and storm, but I'd like to see some new female characters on the screen too since mystique is the only first class female left. Maybe they can give us a proper psylocke, or maybe even dazzler? I have a feeling they may do scarlet witch too
