It's just a thang Snoop nothing more.

Sure but It's just surprising especially when I see so many of the club members reading X-Men.

But right now it's all about Deadpool for them, which I am NOT taking them to see as a club! If it's okay with their parents to see an R rated superhero movie then that's on them, I won't be responsible for that. No how much the club pleads with me.

They'll come crawling back when it's hip and cool again.........are these words in at the moment???

This. He's got a cameo that we know of in this, but they can't just spring it on us in the next trilogy or whatever with some new guy coming in to interact with the current cast. It's like when someone leaves a TV show, but they keep the character with a new actor... ew.

Maybe in this one they tease an offspring and then they develop that further in Wolverine 3? That's the most logical route, but, who knows? I just hope they don't go the recast route.

I can't see them creating a pseudo Daken to replace him. I for one hate Daken. Jackman has a cameo but what to degree is unknown, but I imagine it will set up Logan's return in a later film with a different actor.

Eh, Daken's fun when used in small doses. TWhat bothers me is that he's a grown man who still behaves like an angsty teenager. Apart from that, he's pretty cool.

I'll never accept his dumb mohawk, or his third claw gimmick

I like Daken when he's doing his own thing, he was one of my favorite parts of Dark Reign, but I hate the whole family dynamic between him and Wolverine. Makes Wolverine too soft and gullible.

I also forgot Magneto's escape sequences in X2, that was another well thought out action scene.

I love Jackman as Wolverine, but they don't need to do any cloning or add his kid to explain why he's gone or looks different, just replace the guy. If they get someone like Tom Hardy I'll be more than happy.

Tom Hardy has the look, the build, the acting chops, the star power to play Wolverine. Even Hugh Jackman recommended him

I only have a problem with overexposed actors/actresses if I mostly see them doing a mediocre job in every role. Hardy had a great year.

I like Hardy as an actor but as most have said, it needs to be someone under the radar to play Wolverine going forward.

Yea he had one hell of a year, maybe he can play a resurrected older Banchee

I will say though, he didn't have major roles in 3 out of the 4 movies you listed. Hardy was the star of his films which is why he got a lot of recognition this year.

Eh, it doesn't bother me that much. What I don't like is when he paints his nails black. You're almost 90 years old dude, stop acting like a kid on his way to a Slipknot concert.

Personally I was a big fan of Dark Reign, so maybe I like Daken because he was associated with the event.

I don't think there's any chance that Hardy will play a Marvel role, ever. He's a WB guy, there's no way they're not going to put him in the DCEU and let another studio have him. I love his work and he'd make a great Logan, but it's a longshot.

I much prefer an unknown being cast that doesn't bring any baggage in with them so you're not distracted from them being a star. Hugh was a fresh face, and I think that's a lot of the reason he was so well received.
