No

But Wolverine clearly has aged as he looks 30 years Jean's senior

Does the film explain why Professor X and Magneto haven't aged since the early 1960's?

No. Or any of them.

And Angel - wasn't he a teen in X:men 3? That film was still canon last I checked. DOFP merely altered the past so that events no longer play out as they do in X3 but that wouldn't suddenly make Angel born in the late 60s.

Professor X and Magneto should be 45 in XMEN Apocalypse

AUSCHWITZ - 1944 (I assume Magneto was 8)

Cuban Missle Crisis - 1962 (I assume both are roughly 24 years old)

APOCALYPSE- 1983

The movie didn't even explain why Wolverine was a prisoner of Stryker when DOFP when out of its way to show us that Stryker didn't take him.

No

What a mess.

X3 isn't canon post DOFP anymore, and yes, a timeline change could very well alter Angel's age, it could alter pretty much anything.

With time travel all bets are off.

If that's how the film continuity is, that means he was 14-15 in Auschwitz during opening scenes of X1 and First Class... He looked like a boy not a teenager

His official bio says that he was 12 years old in 1944 when he meets Raven. However, it also says this

As a child at the age of 12 in 1944, Charles met a shape-shifting girl named Raven, who had broken into his family's mansion and was scrounging for food. Overjoyed to meet someone else "different" like him, he invited her to live with his family. Raven and Charles soon become best friends.

A natural genius, Charles attended Oxford University (accompanied by Raven, now his foster sister), earning a Ph.D in Genetics. After completing his thesis on genetic mutation at age 24, he is approached by Agent Moira MacTaggert of the CIA for his help to stop a mutant named Sebastian Shaw,

It says he met the CIA guys when he was 24...but that was in 1963...so how the hell is he 24 in 1963, if he was 12 years old in 1944? Even his official biography makes no sense :lol

Agreed. The violence of Apoc's original Horsemen being crushed under massive stone blocks was cool too. Pity that Wolverine's rampage couldn't measure up to any of that (it SHOULD have been one of the most brutal parts of the entire movie.)

And I admit I was fooled by

Mystique posing as Psylocke. I fully expected Magneto to turn Psylocke's metal blade against herself when she tried to kill QS and was surprised to see her turn the blade on Apoc, and then was surprised again when it was Mystique.

Yeah I agree it was touching when Moira got her memories back.

It was funny how Wolverine looked when he runs out into the wilderness after Jean frees him. Am I the only one that burst out laughing? It's just a funny image, like an escaped mental patient or crackhead.

Somebody in the theatre yelled out "bitches get stitches" when Jean approaches Weapon X.. I thought that was pretty funny.

All other joke (s)? were wasted in the trailer
