The more I think about Apocalypse, the more I like the film, whereas the more I think about Civil War, the more I DISLIKE it.

When it comes to Civil War, I'm still ticked off that
no one died.

I know full well that Civil War is really a better film all around... But I dunno. There's just something about the X-Men that I really enjoy.

I'm not comparing deaths or lack thereof between the films. It's just one of the things that disappointed me about Civil War and led me to enjoy the film less. I wanted higher consequences in this supposed WAR instead of a slapfest followed by a sappy letter. Didn't really meet my expectations.

Still waiting for the "emotional horror film" with an ending that will leave fans reeling, though. :p

Feige knows how to get people in those theaters. Dark, brooding trailers, powerful posters and quotes like "its an emotional horror film."

Then you see the actual picture and you're left with "Well, that was fun. A ****ing breeze, mate."

I love Thanos, he's my favorite Marvel villain of all time, but under Feige I'm expecting the most restrained version of Thanos ever. And after six years of cinematic build-up that'd be just tragic.
