Yeah I remember that panel. I'd give Singer a pass on the ugly designs if he had the nuts to do that.
How's that going to happen if Wolvie is the one that goes back in time?

It won't happen, just saying it would be interesting to see.
Which brings me to another point. What happens to his body after his consciousness leaves? Is he just a body with no mind at that point?

The whole "bone claw" thing was dumb in the comics and deserves to be completely forgotten about without explaination. Did I mention that I hate bone claws on Wolvie?

Thank god!Far as I know, Marvel swept that storyline from the 90s under the rug
God, I hate that too. And why the F are his bone claws lumpy bumpy? All animal claws are smooth and sharp. Bones are smooth for the most part too (except at joints). Who thought THAT was a good idea?
Thank god!
Like all '90s decisions about comics, it was all rooted in the basic, fundamental flaw in logic that it was "cooler" that way. See also: cheap "gritty and modern" knock offs of the stuff popularized by Miller and Moore in the '80s, lightning Superman, mullet Superman, "rad" Green Lantern, leg belts and excessive belt pouches, unnecessary leather jackets, ridiculously large guns, ridiculously big ****s and skimpy outfits, no feet, Spawn, etc.God, I hate that too. Like all '90s decisions about comics, it was all rooted in the ability to sell more comics with readers continually buying in the hopes of seeing him get his adamantium back.
I always liked Leinil Francis Yu's style of bone claw, as well his style of Wolverine. Not too lumpy looking.
My favorite wolverine artist love how he draw Wolverine and Logan.
I loved the cover for #145, pure badass work he did.
