Well, it's also the fact that unlike Singer, they don't try to avoid the source material -- they embrace it. And are you kidding me? X-Men has a TON of characters that would be visually brilliant, if Singer wasn't focused like a laser on how to subdue everyone. Pretty sure he looks at something like GotG and finds it too outlandish and wishes it were more grounded. :rolleyes2

I don’t think thats true about Singer. Look at his last movie Jack The Giant Slayer. It wasn’t a good movie, but it wasn’t grounded at all. He just happened to make his X-Men films more grounded, which I think works great.

You mean his other failure before coming back to the X-Men?

No one cares what Jack wore in that crap movie and honestly, it really has zero bearing on how he handles superhero franchises compared to other directors.

I swear Dice is a wardrobe consultant on this film :lol We just need some things bedazzled.

That was more entertaining than the real movie. :lol

The Cyclops cat isn't as funny overall but the scene of Cyclops cat scratching his ear is my favorite part overall, watch.

I haven’t seen any of the Hobbit films or even know if they’re liked, but didn’t the last two do some big box office numbers?
