Seeing Banshee fly in live action was one of the best moments for me. Some of the rest of the powers we've seem before.

Banshee is probably one of my favorites out of the younger mutants in this movie. He was funny.

I hated all the younger mutants in this movie.... hipsters and wannabe tough guys. however professor X and Magneto = saving grace.

The promotional materials (save for a couple decent trailer) did not do this movie justice. I saw it because it would up getting good reviews, and I figured I was going to see it anyway.

It would up being my favorite of the X-Men movies by far.

And, as I'm sure it has already been mentioned in here, Fassbender absolutely kills it.

I hated X3 for making storm the leader and making wolverine into some whinny girl. Cyclops should have been the leader throughout, they could've gotten another cyclop's. Then they also kill off xavier aswell which was stupid.

Based on the clip after the credits, Prof X did not die.

Juggernaut was awesome though. Give me a figure HT!!!!!

Once I learned Matthew Vaughn and Singer were doing a young Magneto and Xavier movie I was instantly sold on it. And Fassbender and McAvoy were the icing on the cake for me.

I liked the trailers, but I do agree that the promotion was lacking for this, at least up until just a few weeks ago.

It also stands as my favorite X-Men movie.

I was the same way. Based on the early trailers, I was gonna pass.

I didn't love the concept as much, since while a First Class concept could work, I was pessimistic and just thought it was more likely to be another crappy prequel. To be quite honest, the initial images had looked so bad, I didn't even watch any of the trailers. I knew I'd see it eventually, but I figured I'd just see it at home at some point.

Then the reviews came out, and I was blindsided. This is one of those instances where I couldn't be happier to admit I was wrong.

I'm hoping Cap is the same way, but I have much less hope for that.

^ We're just waiting on a figure announcement.

I was one of the ones who'd wanted the Magneto movie more than the Wolverine spin off, when the news of those two movies had been announced. I love Wolverine, but I've always found Magneto to be more interesting, so the concept of First Class held appeal for me right away.

I never thought it looked bad though. I had nothing but confidence in the movie from the first, especially with the talent involved.

Thor was the movie that blindsided me. :) And I'm also one of the few on here not at all impressed by the looks of Captain America. I don't think it will touch Thor, let alone hold a candle to First Class.

I loved Thor, but I'm beating that it wil be the weakess link these three.

I thought X-men First Class looked good, but I doubted it would be, based on past X-men movies..

Didn't think Thor would be all that great, but it was.

And I REALLY don't think Cap America is going to be good at all. But, who knows...

damn good movie.

the only gripe i find in this one was....

kid magneto. his scenes were damn boring. that kid got poor acting skills.:lol
