See, I really noticed which film I loved more during the trilogy screening. I watched Batman Begins, and it just grabs me, everytime. Never felt like it drags, has perfect pacing, and outside of really terrible action, it works on almost every level as a film.
When it ended, I got excited for TDK.
And then the final act happens. I know it only takes about 10 or so minutes in the film, but when the Ferrie stuff comes on, it just feels like a huge stopping point for me now. The movie ends up dragging a bit more, and doesn't have the same effect it did 5 years ago. It's still a great movie...but it just drags toward the end, and for me, loses it's super flair.
Subjectivity!
