I was told by my Hong Kong seller that Hot Toys initially sells to there retail customers, then towards January 2016, Hong Kong retailers start to receive supply. Is this correct?

Seriously considering this as my first IM. What are the predictions about 'posability' of this thing - able to sit out couch with legs crossed, traditional down on one knee IM pose, sit indian style, etc. etc.????

LOL! Man I just couldn't take it anymore. Ive already cleared out a spot for him and everything. This is easily the most I have ever anticipated a figure. Can't wait to post tons of mediocre pictures for you guys hahaha

In my opinion the Iron Man Mark 43 has the right amount of detail and cool industrial design to win me over from my first Iron Man suit love… the Mark III.

In fact this suit, Mark 43, feels like an evolved Mark III and Mark IV suit.

Um, guys, I dont want to ruin the party. But I had this gut feeling since the actual final product photos for the quarter scale iron man came out. The truth is the weathering is different than the prototype. I understand the stand point because because its a mass produced item, therefore its gonna be different. But the markings are done differently, in a completely different style, and strangely colored with some shadows/black marks which makes it look unreal and cheap. Scraped metal doesnt have black markings, and it doesnt add any realism either.

The most important part that I thought it was massively different is the head helmet. if you do a comparison picture, its a BIG difference. It looks nothing like the proto type. The chin is HUGE. The eyes still slightly bigger than the prototype. The face is scretched a bit vertically.

I am so sorry I ordered this. Now I am stuck with the order. If i cancel from BBTS, I will have to -100 depsite non-refundable. I am sad...I mean theres still a chance it might look a bit better in hand, but I highly doubt it. All the videos and pictures I have seen, its been different than the prototype. I really wanted to like this figure, but Im really not sure about this. I dont think the Mark 42 will be fixed either. But I hear the weathering will be different this time around for the 1/4 Mark42....
