ahaha i had to pay abit extra but in the end not that much more cause canada customs would hit me big time if i got it from sideshows... I do love this figure! Its real quality!! Hot toys did not fail and they even gave us bonus arc reactor swap out (Clear/White), Extra Arm missile launcher, the shoulder missile pods

well the collectors in my country do not bode well for this baby initially, i'm the only one who preordered this, and guess my faith paid off, it didnt disappoint us. after the reveal i have been literally downloading related pictures and browse through it almost every night. when i got the figure i will take several pictures for it!

btw ronkam, did the eyes and arc reactor emanating bluish light at the edges, just like the pictures shown on the first topic?

Aw thanks! my first rep!! I don't really post often so Im not too familiar with forum based chats and what not! haha it took me like 15 minutes to figure out how to get the damned Display picture hahaha

The sculpt is amazing pictures only deliver half the story~ paint app is flawless cant ask for more!

Dont worry you'll be happy with your preorder!! )) I held back on the 1:6th and im glad i did because this is a beast!!
I believe it was a white color only i didnt play with the lights too much all i did was tested them to see if there were any problems.! i know that the lights are white on eyes and arc reactor and the air flap/detail lights are blue, and theres a reddish orange light from the back thrusters!

One thing to keep in mind tho since the Detailed arc reactor part is behind the White cover.. When you light it up the details casts a slight shadow onto the white part! It looked really cool! i shouldve taken pictures but i was too excited while i was testing the whole figure xD Derp! I'll leave that surprise to you!
I guess even if i tried to take pictures it wouldnt show up on camera that well but since its a white part it would be blinding to look at and the effect is really sick!

wow, the back thruster light color was something i dont realised...

how about the shoulder armor articulation? i heard it is ball joint and there's a picture depicting the shoulder armor was detached, i dont reckon you try to take it out though

the thing is that i didnt hold back on 1/6, a much superior to the 42 counterpart, i was easily impressed with the reengineering that figure has to offer. but compared to this, the 1/4 owns every iron man imo

imo, you should try to take as much pictures while you can before the laziness overcomes you, that's what happened to me when i got new figures, strike the iron while it's still hot

I wont be removing parts unless i need to! dont want to weaken it! But it works really well and you can pretty much make it flush in any angle you put the arm in just gotta fiddle with it abit! Its a ball join connecting to the arm and 2 hinge joints above that. I will have to go out and buy some better batteries before i light it up.. the batteries that came with already started showing signs of leaking like the frosted white on the top of the button!

Do you think this will ever be parted out? I'm thinking that the base would go better with the 45 seeing as the 43 never actually fought the Sentry's...did it?

Never dreamed that I'd get this AND the 1/6 Hulkbuster ... but I think it's happening. Once I get.more rewards and perhaps a gift card or two for xmas. Done deal!

It depends on how many of these hot toys made. The QS1 batman was all over the place and is still available in shops. The Terminator Endo sold out and it has held good value. If this sells out it will be in the $750 range. The fact the Mark 45 is coming out will hinder it from appreciating into the $1,000 range. Once that gets out and there are few available maybe start to hit Enterbay Joker levels.
