1/4 Hot Toys - QS005 - Avengers: AoU - Iron Man Mark 43 Collectible Figure

I'm honestly considering this over the 1/6 version even though there's no chance I have space to display it. It just looks so great.

Figure looks awesome. I think this might be the 1/4 Iron Man figure for me. I don't think I like the more bulky armor designs after this one that much. And if they will continue that look after Civil War with the other Avengers movies. Plus, Iron Man is the hot seller for Hot Toys. I don't want to have to overpay once this sells out.

I like that you incorporated the base in posing the Mark 43. I see a lot of people not using it. Does he measure up against your other 1/4 Statues?

It's the base that's making him taller.

I actually like the XM statue better, TBH. They both look great together.

The base put him slightly higher but his knees are bent. They are probably about the same height.

the 43 beats the 42 statue even its stationary! marvellous job by HT!

The 42 is very slightly bigger than the 43. The 43 is absolutely killer though. Paint is spectacular, articulation is great, I can't stand the base though. I wish HT would just give us a flat base option.

Very happy with the 43 though...it's just about perfect sans the base.

They have an obsession with rocks. They should make the top plate of the stand removable and include a flat replacement piece.

Just under 20 inches, like the XM XLII.

Very good.. I actually like that my Iron Man and Iron Patriot are different heights. Different characters with different sized people in the suits. Glad that the specs were accurate.
