I think that’s the question everyone is wondering about now. I can see making them both exclusive but doing that to just one and not the other just doesn’t make a lot of sense. I hope they wise up and offer an alternative version of Trip soon, maybe in an alternate box or a different stand or missing the electrical effects or something not too critical so everyone has a chance at him.I'm on the wait list. We'll see what happens there. Now I wish I would've waited before ordering BT-1. I feel like if they always intended to make one of these limited, they should have made them a set, and made the set limited. Why split them up?
Yeah, definitely frustrating. HT never gets these right. They make so little of figures that are actually popular, and make so many of figures that don't seem to move. Then again, maybe it's a "chicken or the egg" thing. Maybe some figures are popular just because they made so few of them? Hard to say for sure. That’s about where I was on Jack Sparrow when he sold out. It’s like being at Disneyland and the ride breaks down just as it’s your turn to get on. Really frustrating to be that close. I’d say your chances on the wait list are pretty good though.
Yeah I could see an Aphra show doing well. Having something other than the fate of the galaxy on the line might be a good change. Lower stakes and quirky characters. The big elephant in the room now is if we get Aphra.
There were musings that a show was happening...
But honestly, adapting Aphra to screen makes too much sense for them to actually do it.
Same, it was a stupid move to limit him.Waitlisted as well. I must admit that 0-0-0 was the one that I wanted, waking up today to find out there was a line--while the others even with commemorative coins are available to pre-order easily. Oh well.
Maybe they can save face and offer a two pack of Aphra and Triple Zero? Don’t change anything on Trip but being only available in a 2 pack with Aphra might be the next best way of offering him again without entirely going back on the single release version. Not perfect but might help for those that want the set the three, which I think most would.I HATE that they limited this one. Ifvthey release Aphra, they will essentially release Han Solo and have limited Chewbacca. It is a dumb move on their part.

Now that's one I would bite on. But these are non interesting to me.It would also be a good opportunity for HT to finally make Black Krrsantan, since he became the fourth member of the crew.
Exactly. Plus it's a no go as it has a headsculpt. The big elephant in the room now is if we get Aphra.

I fell for it too.I mean, their marketing worked on me. Had no plans to get the astromech but now I kinda have to.
You really do They will look crazy good in their shiny black together on the shelf.I fell for it too.
I just got into the queue for Triple Zero figuring it would be another failed attempt. Wound up with one and now thinking I need the other too.
I would think the likenesses rights are all signed over to Lucasfilm. There may be a handful of A list actors they may get an approval clause but I would think it’s pretty much on Lucasfilm/Disney for the majority but the current stuff. Things like the Tonnika sisters situation just don’t happen anymore. My uninformed guess is that Cal Kestis is on the cards but they would have to work with Cameron Monaghan for the likeness rights etc so who knows when that might happen.
