Yeah, that's my biggest gripe with the DX-02. . .apart from the acid abs on those first batches, of course.

I'd say that for poseability reasons it's possibly even more important for the legs to have the fabric that the upper body

Currently you can't get the figure in any dynamic leg poses let alone safely seat him in the tumbler or Batpod

He can't even sit in my interrogation dio

That would be funny if part of the upgrade marketing they stated:

"New and improved body can now sit in Void's interrogation diorama!"

Yes he does. He doesn't get out of the chair until Joker says "I'm just a little ahead of the curve." then Bats picks Joker up out of his seat, flips him over on top of the table etc.
