1/6 Hot Toys Exclusive - Star Wars - Shadow Trooper Collectible Figure

I'm torn, I want a shadow trooper but I prefer it in 1/4th. SS' PF version blows, think HT will make one?

Problem with those 1/4 SS PFs is that the stance is dreadful.. they used it for the Stormtrooper, Stormtrooper Commander and the Blackhole Stormtrooper PFs.. and as you say, it blows.. however I think its unlikely HT will be doing a 1/4 version in the short term.

I'm in for one. I wish it would have been $199 like the regular Storm Trooper but I suppose the extra cost is being justified by the fact that it's an exclusive. It'll go well with a couple regular Troopers.

Black paint also costs a lot more than white paint. Especially with oil prices going up.

Ignore the fact that's its a total price gouge on hot toys part. Oops, I mean sideshow. Hot toys would never ever charge too much for a figure.

Any character droid or trooper that is now featured on the cartoon rebels is considered cannon that is why this figure is being released.

I would think this Trooper would be cheaper then the OT based on the fact that more people can relate to the original white version.

I guess the price of black spray paint is going up these days.

I'm sure that Sideshow/Hot Toys realizes that by slapping an exclusive sticker on a character from a popular franchise it'll sell for more. Plus with the quick turn around compared to most figures its an easy impulse buy. It seems to be working judging by this thread.
