I'm just the opposite. I think MILK beats the original release handily.
Prefer the Milk variant color scheme as well. :rock

Damn, this figure looks awesome. Really tempted to get it but I'll just buy the Avengers War Machine version.

Hopefully Hot Toys will revisit the past Marks and release each one with the new die cast feature.

The 1.0 is the better 'warmachine' in terms of all the weapons it has but I'm really liking the mk.2 just purely from design standpoint.

If the warmachine mk.1 is a PC tower (with guns taped on it's sides) then the MK.2 is a sleek and shiny imac - one is actually useful and the other is just nice to look at :wink1:

Haha, agreed. Take a long walk off a short pier, you *******s! :lol

Seriously, seems to have silenced them for now. But if there's any QC issues, they'll be back, and in greater numbers...

Don't whinge when your precious die-cast starts flaking paints at the joints, or takes a header into your shelf door and takes out your detolf....

I told myself this wasn't a true WM2 that it was just a repaint of IP which i wanted more, now i'm kinda tempted to get this too. It really does look nice.

WM1 is fine if your into Hammer Tech :wink1:

The only part of that instruction video that made me stop admiring the beauty was the whole "don't grip his legs too much or the paint will fade" that's some scary **** right there. Can't imagine how that same problem will go on the shinier 42 and IP.

Also I'm totally tempted to sell my WM Mark 1 to buy this.

It's just a word of caution to not hold the legs together too tight since they are metal parts. Metal colliding with metal will never end well for the paint no matter what product it is....so I think as long as you handle the figure with care it should be fine

Yep you're right, just from her demonstration during that part it made me think they were referencing her grip on the legs and not holding the legs together.

I heard thaaat.... :sancho
..and Wintel Towers are not even nice to look at.

Damn every time I see new pics I'm amazed at how good he turned out. I wasn't super excited for him at first but hts really are going all out with the im3 line.

I would be totally fine with Avengers 2 using this suit for War Machine. Since it didn't appear in IM3 and IP didn't do anything but land or fly away in 90% of his scenes, the general public would not really care me thinks. Plus it would save on our wallets from having to get another WM 3.0 when AOU comes out. Wallet bonus!

But I digress, this armor has grown on me tremendously with all of the great photographs. Excited for the shipped notification.
