William Lau of OSR commented on FB that the difference between the Diecast MMS and regular MMS will be a very welcome surprise. Especially the combination of 40/60 ( metal/plastic ). I hope he is right. We'll see.

For all you guys scrambling like me to complete a decent armor line up I saw the IM3 trailer and noticed that the MKV and MKVI get obliterated so you can breathe easy if you can't find them.
As far as those wanted a Mark III diecast now, considering how many armors are going to being in IM3 and knowing HT plans to make a bunch of them, I would be overwhelming shocked if they were to release a Mark III anytime this year.
Gotcha. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole 40/60 die-cast/plastic thing; if only 40% of these figures are die-cast, I can't imagine which parts those would be...I don't know for sure. He was at the event this weekend and he took many of the pics we saw of both IP and Mark XLII. He had a press badge too, so I guess he may have some insight.

So people just wanted a heavier iron man.

We want a heavier figure not Cancer
I wish this figure was less expensive because I actually love this design. It's different and looks great in action. But not $300.00 dollars different or great. Unless it was a actual Robert Downey figure with a detachable suit of armor. Then I would have to cave.
