I'm very tempted but I can't get past it being a repaint. I will probably wait and see what other armors are made from AOU.

I am very tempted to get this guy. I liked the look, and now that I know the AOU Mark 43 is a repaint, I may pull the trigger on this one. I need to watch/read reviews.

Basically this is widely considered to be the best (released) Iron Man figure to date, no? I mean, unless you hate the paint scheme.

See I liked the Paint scheme. That was why I initially was considering it. But then I talked myself out of it because of the AOU stuff on the horizon. Would a regular Tony Stark Head fit on the DC body?

Definitely from an engineering stand point, and materials. My dislike for the armor mostly boils down to how much of a piece of crap it was in the movie. I understand the charm of that, but I didn't like it. And the scheme had too much gold for me.

Anyone know how to get the screws loose on the arms to add the batteries? I've been trying with an eyeglasses screwdriver and it won't budge, the small phillips it comes with does not work despite what the instructions show, was wondering if anyone knew what I could try, thanks in advance!

Did the 42 not come with the little screwdriver in the batter packs this go around? I didn't put batteries in the xlii yet, so i cannot remember. War Machine and Iron patriot had a little plastic screwdriver included.

Yeah, it has one but the screw is do big and you just end up turning in circles without ever moving the screw. I'm trying to see if there's a way before I end up getting a small Phillips screwdriver set.
