Hey, something I'm wondering is... You can't bend his arms so they are straight right? Won't be able to do... Hulk punches Thor poses...

But I will be able to make Thor knocks Hulk with hammer pose.

I like the pre-puching Thor Hulk pose myself. This will be achievable...right?

i would think so with some futzing.

but his head doesnt match...

which is why i wished they included a half open mouth which makes him seem more relaxed.
but then he will clash with his ripped body... owell

Yeah, I can´t really understand why people get dissapointed with HT when their expectations were usually so low..

Me, for example, wanted at least FIVE HS:

Banner, Mid Transformation, Screaming, Smiling, Sleeping, Snorting, Raged, Scared, Feeling Pain, Calm, Not so Calm (but still calm) and...

It was more than five already? DAMM HOT TOYS! Big pass on this!!!

This might be a strange question, but I just ordered this guy from BBTS and they say in their policy that they won't charge my card until the item is in their actual possession. I looked at my bank account today and noticed that they charged me a dollar. I know, no big deal, but I just wanted to know what might be up from somebody that has used them before.
As far as contacting them, I think I might be jumping the gun for just a dollar, so I thought I would ask here.
Any help is appreciated.

It's basically just a way for them to check that your card is valid...the dollar will be refunded.

Considering the Dewback is bigger than this , has better quality extra's, a stand, is much heavier and looks awesome I don't think you can begrudge people feeling a little let down by what this is in comparison with whats out there. (perhaps not the greatest comparison but something similar)

For fans this is probably a must have but for fringe collectors (like me) I'd say this is a total pass. Avengers fans get a nice figure and other folk can make an easy decision. I doubt there are that many people on the fence. You either want it or you don't.

I can see why people like it though.

The Dewback is beautiful, I have him. But he's a statue, 100% non-articulated. A different animal, if you will.

Compared to an IM figure, he is more like a statue than an action figure, just a body, no intricate moving parts and reveals, so despite Hulk being a new, unique body, I don't look at him and see a figure demonstrating as much effort and skill to achieve as Iron Man or even the likes of Loki or Thor, and while a different line, Jack Sparrow has a very intricate and detailed costume an cost less. Not belittling the quality of the sculpt work on Hulk, the team did a great job but other than his size, nothing about Hulk stands out amongst the other Avengers figures to justify his cost difference. Sure he's bigger, but he's molded and doesn't require the time and ability of seeing costume pieces or assembling small working flaps and lights and other mechanical features.

20 points of articulation does not equal a statue.

I never said you said it. But you obviously don't like that kind of discussion, you and others are responding to this subject with comments like "you don't like Hulk", "don't buy it", "*****ing and moaning" or "you can't afford it". For just saying that this figure is overpriced.

I agree. People could be a little more respectful of others on here.

True. Many of us wanted an extra headsculpt. I wanted 3 in total!

They could make a calm Hulk version and this being the ripped Hulk version. Seems to be something Hot Toys would do.
