He seemed to be a little "off" at SDCC, he may have been improved for ACGHK. Hard to tell.

His shoulders are weird and the legs looked stubby with a torso that's too long. At SDCC anyway... The legs look a bit different now though.

Its a newer sculpt, the lines on his forehead are correct.

Yeah, that thing on his head - someone here called it a bonnet - doesn't look nearly as bulbous.
