He seemed to be a little "off" at SDCC, he may have been improved for ACGHK. Hard to tell.

His shoulders are weird and the legs looked stubby with a torso that's too long. At SDCC anyway... The legs look a bit different now though.

But doesn't he just reuse some other figures body?

No idea. If it is they stuck his neck piece on it. They made Superman's physique look great and both suits look like the same material.

very cool!! Hoping the bluray has some extras that go into the design of vision. This article on the lola vfx is pretty interesting as well.
