I'm probably gonna just go with the TDW figure. Sleeved version. I don't see how they can improve on this one. Unless they add with others are suggesting 2 pairs of arms for the different looks? Or battle damage. It will be the same figure

I'm close to doing the same... just holding out to see what the new one looks like. Hopefully in a week and change it'll be announced.

I went with the TDW figure; it's just so nice. I don't know that I'll need another Thor figure unless there is something really special about the AoU one. I guess we will see!

I really hope we get an improvement in the sculpt. Every new Thor is better than the last one. With the TDW Thor(s) my issue was the exposed teeth. I'd like his mouth closed. I'd also like his hair blonder for more accuracy. The sleeves seem to be absent from all the money shots which is good given how much better he looks without them so I'll be happy if the figure is sleeveless.

The only way I would get a Thor is if he had the casual outfit. I'd buy that in a heartbeat

The only way I would get a Thor is if he was just like the Dark World version but with silver accents, or even better, if it came with a helmet for Ragnarok.
