So here's a crazy thought- what if Thor is a convention exclusive, and that's why it hasn't been revealed yet? If it's a near retool of the Light Armor TDW Thor, then it might not sell well as a regular release (even with the Avengers branding). Iron Man can get away with it because it's Iron Man. However, if AoU Thor's an exclusive... instant demand. Case in point- AoU War Machine is a retool of the IM3 War Machine and was released as a Sideshow exclusive rather than a regular release. Just a (possibly incorrect) thought. That, or there's something new or exclusive to this release (the prevailing theory).

Oh, Sideshow's getting it whether it's an exclusive or not. If it comes with a convention exclusive price though (I think last summer's were around $275), would you still buy it? The one hole in my theory is that they've shown the Thor figure in public at various shows; it'd upset some people if that figure turned out to be a limited exclusive item rather than a general release figure.
