The following pictures are from STGCC 2017. I have so many pictures of different figures to post that I’ve not annotated the pictures. However, this time, I cannot remain silent. I am not the biggest Spidey fan but I was blown away by the hero suit. The textures in particular were above anything I’ve yet to see from HT.

The figures were behind glass, poorly lit and I was using my camera on my 6s. Please believe me when I say this is a VERY impressive figure as I’ve stated that I’m not a Spidey fan, have no vested interest in this figure or HT in general, I’m just trying to convey what I saw but my pictures didn’t capture.

No problem! The texture was the main reason I took the close up pictures of the hands because the suit had the same texturing. I think this will be THE Spider-Man figure to own, In my opinion.

Damn. This is my MOST WANTED figure of 2018, hands down. I want, like three of them with all the display options.
Looks so bad-ass. To hell with the Infinity Wars "Iron Spider", THIS IS SPIDEY.

Not sure if you read my entire into to the pictures I took of this Spidey, but I’m not a huge fan of the character and there is NO WAY I’m passing this up now. Easily going to be the best HT representation of Spidey to date.

I honestly don’t know, sorry. I’m not a huge Spidey fan and wasn’t aware of that particular issue. I wish I had known as I would have looked and made sure to show what had or had not been done.

I noticed that part, just wanted to simplify the post a bit. That's what got me pumped! It must have been something especially in person if it got you that excited.

The fabric also looks very unique, hard to describe it

I finally saw the movie last night.
Now I'm highly considering replacing my ASM2 with this guy.

Has anyone done any pics of ASM2 posed to match the Homecoming Promo pics?

If you look at the one picture where there's a reflection of the back of the neck you can tell that it's still the same. It hasn't been corrected it would seem...

The fig continues to look good but I hope they can sort out the neck issue with the costume for the Peter sculpt. That's a pretty unsightly thing for such a nice piece, but I have a feeling we're going to end up having to live with it

I get what you mean. It didn’t look too bad seeing it in person, then again I wasn’t specifically looking for the head/neck gap issue. Maybe they could do a “cowel” type deign with neck and head for Parker swap. Still, I think this is going to be the definitive HT SM.
