I like this alot. Congrats, man. Could use an exhausted DX07 Luke sitting at the trunk of the tree. Many options with this piece.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing! I didn't get that particular one though. I'm curious if they would ever do a training Luke. Hmm....

Well, kinda..but it's more of a tanish color. The upcoming V6 won't have it all. I'll also have the lightest/most accurate skin tone. Not to mention, the leg joints will be less loose. It'll be the definitive version. They've started to trickle out in Hong Kong; but it'll probably be another 2 months till SSC receives them.

Mine is from Sideshow through my dealer. The legs aren't loose at all. I wouldn't say they are tight, but not loose.

Same here, but my little green guy does have a tendency to fall back standing on the base. ..and I was just kidding with all the different versions thing. The joke has quite taken a life of its own.

I'm liking it much better than the bare shelf but also kinda looks more like an aquarium piece to me than the other ones (shockingly). . I think I'm gonna stick with it.

It looks really good. Only thing I would say that gives it the "aquarium" look, is the scale of the tree leaves. I think if you find something a bit more scaled and maybe add a print to the floor, this will look even more fantastic!

I think it's very telling that no one - including me - has taken a single picture yet of HT Yoda in a Sideshow Hut. Looks like it's so huge that no one on the planet has space to display it (although Secret Base had one on display once because it appeared in that news report that was around a few years ago).

I was pretty excited to see these because I have Yoda on a shelf where I need to hide a wire junction box and he's awfully small on the shelf. I went down to my local pet smart but couldn't find these particular pieces everyone's been showing. I debated for a while but decided these would suffice:

Love that pic. Doesn't look like an aquarium. Also think the green leaves add to the display too. Without those it would be pretty brown. Dagobahs meant to be full of life so I think it fits.

Does anyone else have trouble getting this little green **** to hold his walking stick?

In fact the longer I own him the more I'm starting to hate him! Poseability and joints etc are awful and trying to get him to stand up requires a degree in itself!

Much anger I sense in him.

Yeah, the joints are loose, the knees keep giving way. I also find it too tall. I put a Yoda head on an old Hasbro Yoda body and it looks much more in proportion.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the Jawas.

My Yoda is a bit fiddly, but not even close to as bad as those. Joints on mine are pretty good.

Same here, flop overs, cane drops, but YOU MUST HAVE PATIENCE padawan. Once you get him posed the way you want, he will hold and he will display great.

His walking stick is a bit of a pain to get secured, yes. Once you get it relatively secure though, you have to pretty much not f-with it.

Loose joints on this figure seem to be a pervasive issue; mine's a bit a loose at the waist. He's 900 years old though, so it makes sense he's going to be a bit brittle. Well, perhaps 899 for this version, since I think RotJ took place roughly a year after ESB if I'm not mistaken.

Stands on his own though without the Dagobah base with no problems at all.

Do the HT hands work on the SS or is the color of the head close enough it isn't necessary? Thanks.

The HT hands DO NOT work on the SS body and the color difference is somewhat noticeable as the SS version is lighter green...but not terrible depending on the lighting. What I JUST did however like 5 mins. ago....I yanked the hands off my SS Phantom Menace Yoda and plugged them in as they are the same body, and the color is spot on. If you have...or can track down....SS Phantom Menace Yoda hands....they would work perfect.

Nice pics Vonhahn would love to see more of the hut.

I have 80% of my Hut packed up because I have cats and they wanted to make playthings of all the loose bits. Sometime I will secure it somehow (no not getting rid of the cats). This is a quick shot I took just to make sure the batteries still worked today.....

Thanks!! :duff

So based on your recommendation, I just bought the force head for $29.99 and 4 SS Jedi Master hands for $.25 ea off of TA for a total of $34.76 with S&H... They also have the regular head for $40. Too much to buy both.
