Yeah man, there's no second batch/alternate cotton ball fluff hair version. They're just havin a go at the OCD collectors and are freaking them out.

Tbf the hair on he recent pics does look different to the first pics we saw though. Whether or not they're different batches the hair certainly to me looks a lot cheaper on these recent pics.

This one doesn't seem to have the brown paint in the creases of the head that were seen in earlier pics.

The extra "mud" weathering on the head is exclusive to the special edition that comes with the character tagged base. Doesn't look like Maximus got the special edition.

I'm not concerned about the brown mud. I was talking about the color of the nose -- its dark green and its different than the closed eyes head. Also, the area above the lip is a faded green which is also different from the other head. Is this how everyone's figures look?
