What body is the closed eyes head on? I think I prefer the robe on that one!

That figure was released by Sideshow several years ago (I believe it is called Jedi Master Yoda line.) In fact this one, the skin tone is very very close to hot toys version, and therefore you would not notice any difference. The robe originally had a wire in it, and I took it out so it flows better.

Just in case you can't tell, I was being facetious about the flex pay. The gag is, figures get delayed so much that you end up paying all your payments before they even get the figure.

Having an extra head is awesome.

The HT closed eyes sculpt on the SSC body looks spectacular. The closed eyes sculpt in general is great, very expressive and channels him from ESB very well.

This charges on Monday for me, so I should have it in hand Tuesday. Can't wait to display it next to my Bespin Luke to have a small ESB display going.

^^companion piece for my bespin Luke was a huge reason why i ordered this. training poses and the like will be fun i think! yoda seated on base Luke with saber training in front, or both doing the force push/levitate pose together. kinda wish i had a closed eyes Luke sculpt.

Same here, major reason why I acquired one. No training display/scene for me though, just simply having them displayed next to one another.

Terrific pics, maximus! There is NO question in my mind that the closed eye sculpt is superior. It is excellent BECAUSE it captures a film-accurate expressive character moment in the film.

Got mine today. I haven't much time to futz with him, but so far I think it's a great figure. Love it.

As most have already stated great figure. I did the water treatment on him in order to make his robe flow more realistically. Not to keen on the pose just yet. Will mess with him some more soon.

Great pictures... but I'm surprised how large he is compared to Luke. Thought he'd be smaller.

Robe looks decent, in fact pretty darn good, maybe one more pass could nail it. congrats. I will be performing water treatment on the robe the day it arrives, which should be Wednesday. And how did you get Leia's dress so non-sucky?

Looks like he should be about to Luke's mid thigh.

Yeah, seems like this Yoda is a head too tall.

Perhaps if people hunch him over, it will help.
