I know what you mean. :slapTo me, I wouldn't get this Luke as a stand alone Luke figure. I would only acquire him if I was going to get the ROV Rey (which I am) to recreate the last scene in TFA (which I plan to do).

Also I still don't know if the robotic hand on the figure is a fixed posed. From what the expo pics show, the hand is still in the exact pose as it was at SDCC. Most definitely will not buy if you can't move the robotic fingers :slap

Gotta be joints no?

I know that it's jointed, the question is are they movable joints or is it fixed, why would they put him in the exact same pose at Ani com that he had at SDCC :lecture

Probably a mandate from HT? I imagine they have control over how their products are presented.

So was the rubber fleshy hand in the wash when Rey arrived?

You'd think he'd at least have a standby glove to keep it discreet.

Sorry to interrupt with seriousness, but he probably keeps it like that as a reminder of his failure and machine-y-ness.

That was my take on it as well but he could have gone so far off the grid that the hand had some issues and he had to do the T2 skinning his own arm thing to get at the underlying mechanics.

Saw this on Plastic Enemies FB.. Had no idea Luke went back to his old style " Farm Boy " like boots. I guess they go back to basics
