I hope he becomes an avenger because I love Mackie

Being honest, I would rather Mackie be in Age of Ultron than Rhodie. I haven't liked Rhodie in any of the Iron Man movies. They don't write him with a personality. I mean I liked Falcon from the opening, when he tried running and keeping up with Cap. Plus Mackie's interview ith Jimmy Fallon on how the whole of Winter Soldier is really about the sexual tension between Falcon and Widow had me in tears.

But you know what we don't have: A genius, African King, with enhanced senses, great physical strength, and is in communication with an Egyptian Goddess. We also don't have a can do soldier with a flight suit, who helped save the world from Hydra!

I would be cool with either of those.

Off topic: So you guys think Hot Toys will redo Hulk for AoU? I didn't pick up the original, because I was trying to avoid all the Marvel stuff. Now I am hooked and trying to get a MArvel setup to go with my eventual Justice League setup.

I sure hope so. I didn't get it either which I sincerely regret. I'd love to get a Hulk 2.0 with hopes they fix some of the previous issues and maybe an updated outfit

I skipped it as well but I have my doubts about them doing another one. Most people that want him and can afford him already own him. Unlike other characters that you might own multiple versions of.. This guy is huge. The amount of space he will eat up might deter some collectors from buying a second one. With that said if they make a Hulk Buster they almost have to make a new Hulk.

Hulk could be the cheapest to produce of all the Avengers other than another Widow. They could keep the same figure and just add his new Avengers pants. And Hulkbuster Armor means you almost have to make another one just to appease the demand that will create among collectors.

I'm guessing we'll get a new Hulk. I know HT said something like: "it was hard to make, so no more", but I'm guessing that was just strategy. Mess with people's heads so the on-the-fencers will buy it. Then a couple of years later: "Yeah... turns out it isn't that hard when you make cold hard bucks like we do. But seriously, never more."

And lo and behold; what will they make when a new solo Hulk movie is made... A Hulk figure!

I'm looking to get all those plus a couple depending on the movie. Hawkeye is number one on my list though

Did you guys miss the first Hawkeye figure?
It really is one of my favorites of the Avengers line. I don't think I'll pick up a new one, because I think this one looks great already. The sculpt is really good.

I'm thinking of maybe getting the TWS Widow figure. Looks like she's back to short Avengers style hair for AoU, and I think the sleek hair looks really good.

It sounds so bad when you put in those terms. All kidding aside, I could live with just getting Hulk, normal Iron Man, Hawkeye and Widow. And I am willing to sacrifice Hawkeye and Widow if I need too. Stealth Suit Cap is cool enough I could live with just him. And Dark World Thor looked amazing.

I am trying to keep to a hard rule of no double dipping characters except for different versions of Batman(like having the Nolan/Bale Batman and Batfleck when they release him)
