Loving this guy... Anyone get closer to the sliding underhand repulsor blast pose than this? I don't want to test it's limits on the first day.

I really wanted to put mine in that pose and make it as movie-accurate as possible, but the articulation of the figure isn't quite good enough to make it look great. So, I settled on a more practical-looking pose inspired by the "jazz hands" underhand repulsor blast.

That's nothing I have 32 Iron Man Armors/Tony Starks

THIRTY TWO ARMORS? I'm totally jealous. I have five right now, which will turn into eight once the diecast Mark 3, Hulkbuster, and Mark 45 ship. I'm still hoping that the entire Hall of Armor will be remade as diecast, because I intend to buy every single one of them!

You may want to price check the gun metal versions and change your mind.

Check out my post after that, I got a bit closer... but you're right, the articulation won't really allow for the screen accurate pose.

Think he means he wants all of the original Hall in DC... trying to count back 32 versions of IM/TS he may already have some of those special versions.

I just started this hobby about a month ago, so all of the armors I have are ones that have been released fairly recently. I've got Mark 42, Mark 43, Heartbreaker, Starboost, and Silver Centurion.

I actually was talking about the original seven pre-IM3 armors. I'd hunt down and buy the originally released versions from years ago, but I doubt I'd have much luck finding them for a reasonable price. So, I figured I'd order the diecast Mark 3 and hope that the other six would eventually be released in diecast as well. I think I saw someone mention there were rumors that all seven WOULD eventually be remade as diecast.

My 43 is stuck in customs, like that for past two days, hell War Machine beat it here posted teo days after.... gotta love Fedex/Customs.

Something about needing an proof of export, bit silly when i'm importing it sigh.

i'm exactly in your place 1 year ago. right now i have all the original 7 except mark 2. which i contemplated to buy since the DC version rumours. but i guess i'll just grab it, and upgraded to DC as they go (if its gonna be remade. there were a huge debate in here before on whether they might or might not be.)

Yeah I saw the pose in your later post, and it looked awesome! The perfectionist in me wanted a perfect screen-accurate pose though, which we have both sadly discovered isn't quite possible, so I finally just settled on the "movie-inspired" pose instead of the "movie-accurate" one. :)

Part of me really wants to buy the plastic versions of the original 7 (well...6 since I already pre-ordered the DC Mark 3) and just deal with the high prices on eBay or Amazon, and it's taking a great deal of internal strength to tell myself not to buy them and wait for the eventual DC remakes of the rest, assuming they're remade at all.

wish you the best.

Just got mine in. Was able to spend enough time to open it and check it out. It definitely feels heavy and looks great, but I'm glad I haven't bought any other IM figs. There isn't anything wrong with this one in comparison to the other suits I've seen, I'm just not a big fan of the way these are made in comparison to clothed or skin style figures. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I bought him to have a cool looking Iron Man, this just doesn't feel like a hot toy to me. Not sure if it's the way it positions or the joints or what, but it just doesn't stand out like my other HT's I own.
