I have been thinking about getting him, but I'm sure they will make another one for Infinity War. Thoughts?

I'm guessing future ones won't have the throne, that's why I opted for this one. And i'm glad I did it looks AMAZING! Though I had to glue the pegs back in the sitting skirt because they were not secure (yeah, but I'm the end user for this one anyway lol) and the switches for the throne lights are in dumb places but still, that throne..

This figure looks amazing. I'm sure I'll be kicking myself for skipping this one in favor of a future one with the Infinity Gauntlet. That throne is sweet.

I get mine this week too... If they don't release the throne again, I'll feel like my purchase was justified, but if they rerelease the throne AND throw in the gauntlet... I'll be happy for those that missed out the first time, but feel like a sucker for not only getting GotG sans Drax, but also plugging down for an essentially incomplete Thanos.

Nonetheless, I'm excited.

If HT Thanos 2.0 comes with a throne, it'll likely be a different throne.

Perhaps, but that's entirely speculation...

BUT, if they did a Throne 2.0, for the love of all that is right and just, put the switches on the outside! better yet... ONE SWITCH! I'm not an electronics expert or anything, but i don't think it's too much to ask. Especially when they have switches on the exteriors of many of their other products, for example the Mark 9 arms.

Got mine in today. I planned for this fig for the past year, actually, long before that. I printed out Thano's "cosmic background" from the site vista print. I didn't feel like shelling out $70+ for a printed background from ebay ( I mean.. REALLY PPL!?).

First and foremost, this figure doesn't warrant the high price, I'll admit that. But I can't exactly be sure I'll still be in this hobby 3 years from now when the next one's up for pre-order, so I've made the best of it!
The biggest improvement HT could've made was to ad ab crunch. Below are some pics of my setup that I've been planning for quite a bit...

The length is 24" in height. That way there's some room for lights and such

I saw on fb they put thanos on throne in the detolf with not using the tubes that raise it and displayed nicely. Its just another idea for displaying sorry no pic's of it.

Seeing some great pics here guys! Mine arrives tomorrow from AE. They got him shipped out fast considering the weather here on the east coast. Still haven't figured out if he will fit in a Billy or not but I'll find some way to display him...
