Ha pretty much :lol

No line with SSC, it's all random. People who ordered months after a figure went up for PO can receive it before someone who ordered the day it went up for PO.

That's true. Back then, I remembered they did go by order so you could end up waiting for a month or two.
But lately, it seems by random. And it has happened to me not too long ago where I PO when it started shipping and as soon
As I ordered, that very day I got a shipping notice.

Thanks. Just cancelled my order and got the $20 coupon. :yess:

I actually like the bright colours in the suit. I don't think it's comic book bright though. Yes it looks duller and more muted in the movie. I also factor in lighting and such. Point is that other than colour brightness the suit is movie accurate.

That's true the color of the blue in the comics was a very light blue like sky blue but it is still too bright IMO.

From someone who proudly owns the figure it looks fantastic. Best HT Cap IMO

I totally agree with that.

best I could do for now...

Thanks man, but the blue still looks way too light, like the color on Hasbro's the AOU cap figure, the blue on the WS suit looks so much better. That being said, it's good enough.

The last pic is closest to the figure and the blue isn't that dark. It really depends on what pics they had to go buy

That's true it isn't that dark but it's still darker than the suit on the figure and is more of a Navy blue, whereas the on the figure the color is more like royal blue.

I'm not saying the blue is perfect and dead on I'm just saying I don't mind it

I know man, like I said it bothers me but I can see why how you and others think it looks fine because it is in no way bad. So each to their own man. ;)

Exactly! But good points all around my friend! Oh and I'm a girl :wink1: :lol

I love how they go darker colors on his movies to give it a more serious tone compared to the Avengers bright and super-superhero-y look.

:exactly:

When the suit is too bright it looks too comically or corny like he looked in the first The Avengers movie.

The CW one looks like he found the middle ground between his Stealth suit and AoU ones.

Yeah looks that way.

The Avengers costume looked "corny" because of the design and that stupid helmet, not the bright colors. AoU suit looks good with the drab, bland movie colors and with the brighter tone of the figure

I think the Avengers costume looked fine, bright colors and all; it was just tailored in a way that made Cap look too slim (so much blue...). That said, I liked the AoU suit more in the movie when the design/colors looked toned down (relative to the set photos).

I would say the brighter colors would also have part of the reason to. When this is next to the AOU figure it looks really cartoonish.

Not saying it doesn't, I just prefer the darker look.

I'm very happy with what I am seeing from the AoU Captain America. The Civil War suit does indeed look awesome. So far I like that it is toned down more than the AoU suit. My biggest complaint with the AoU suit has been the goofy looking gauntlets and boots. It just doesnt fit into the suit IMHO. However, I think the inclusion of white on the biceps and red on the thighs is a smart addition to the design. For screen reasons, it really helps break up the blue of the suit, which is a must. Civil War seems more of a tactical mesh...similar to the Strike suit.

Most anxious to see Black Widows design from CA3. I have yet to pick her up because I am not sold on her figure renditions thus far. Hot Toys keeps dropping the ball with Scar-Jo.
