Is this confirmed? And do you think it's going to be Strike Cap bad? From the pics at the Malaysia show it doesn't seem like it will be that bad.

I think this one will have articulation similar to GA Cap. All I ask is for some arm articulation like that..

If the figure at the show is the production piece, which it evidently is, if in fact it's the next release... Then I can't complain. Physique is much better than Stealth Cap.

Problem what they show is sometimes not the same as what is in the box. This is what Stealth cap looked like at SDCC last year.

There's no proof of that. The figures that they have at the conventions are usually the prototype figures that they move around from place to place for these events. Which is why they usually show signs of wear due to them traveling a lot. We only see the final production figure at Secret Base after it's been released in HK. Like subzro said, Winter Soldier Cap looked fine up until the release in HK. There was no indication of the body being different until it's release. I don't even think HT is aware of the terrible body.

With this releasing so fast I'm betting they just copy and pasted the Winter Soldier build to rush this figure out the door.

Problem what they show is sometimes not the same as what is in the box. This is what Stealth cap looked like at SDCC last year.

There was a lot of time between SDCC and the final figure hitting the shelves. A couple of months at least. The figure in the pic above matched the promo pics and was the same prototype. The pic of the figure at the Malaysia show is different from the promo pics. Look at the shoulders and level of detail on the face painting. It looks more like a production piece. And if it is released in the next few weeks would seem less likely to change. Hot Toys knows that fans were not that happy with the Stealth Cap and I think they tried to improve AOU Cap but for some reason the angle on the shoulders seem harder to fix than the pants and width of chest and shoulders.

Still excited for this fig either way. I like the Stealth Cap just fine, although I understand peoples complaints. But really, until we see pictures pop up of the Final product online here, or on HT's facebook page, we really have no idea just how good/bad the final version wil be. That goes for all the releases coming up.
