Yeah, so far from what little we've seen of 3A Ultron, I personally like it as an artistic rendition of him.

If the final battle is as awesome and long as you seem to suggest, then it seems more likely that I'll be getting Ultimate.

How is an opinion and info from a Whedon interview as bad as a spoiler. Prime has had the most promo time so it's safe to assume it's the main form. And the final battle being quite long as a spoiler? Grow up, it wasn't gonna be a 20 second scene it's the final act of the film. Think before you type nonsense.

I'm personally content enough with just getting Ultron Prime (design-wise, I still prefer the more uniform symmetrical look) but if Ultimate impresses me onscreen then I'll most likely pick him up as well. On similar note, I'm definitely curious to see if I'll like Vision enough to want to get him with Ultron, especially since I've been hearing that he's one of the film's highlights.

I don't think it is, but 90% of the stuff posted is just that. Up till this week no one had seen the movie so it all was opinion and trailers and interviews. I don't think its a big deal. And if you are on the Internet and on a geek website, and in a thread dedicated to toys from the movie you are expecting a bit much for there to be nothing about the movie.

The full picture of ultimate ultron may be for a game, but the other age of ultron designs used for the game (hulkbuster, mark 43, and Cap) all look exactly like they do in the movie... What are the chances the picture and description of ultron is the only one not movie accurate? Not likely if you ask me.
