Thanks Motuxmen. Sideshow did a coffee table book? I didn't know. That would be cool. The catalog they put out each year is close. And there's a magazine that occasionally does that. They did a ten year anniversary issues two years ago that had every figure in it. Was very neat. I'll see if I can find it. Also, sideshow does or did a coffee table book so maybe...
Figure King/figure oh is the mag. The big spread I mentioned was a bit older then I thoughht...2010. Lol man time flies. But they do new figures each month too so that helps. Here's a few pages...

I can't stop looking at that Ultron Prime GIF. Very cool, but I can't help feeling it's too much to ask to expect HT to provide that capability in a 1/6 figure. I hope I'm just being a pessimist, because having that capability would be mind-bottling ("Yeah, mind bottling. You know, when things are so crazy, it gets your thoughts all trapped, like in a bottle.")Exactly! This would actually make me change my mind and buy him/it.

Sideshow's coffee table books are actually their hardcover "catalogs" and there are 11 volumes of it, i've never actually seen on in hand but supposedly they are very well made hardcovers, but only the last 2 volumes are hardcover and coffee table quality.

OK, you have me curious. What kind of book is it?On a side note, I have maybe the largest coffee table book ever. II think its 1000 pg and weights 50 lbs. and is stunning. Nothing to do with hot toys but it's awesome. Lol
Thanks; sounds nice! It's from an artist named Peter Lik. It's a collection of some of his landscape art. It's amazing.
I know that this was one of the AOU figures that was revealed fairly early but damn it, the wait is killing me....
One thing that is interesting about this particular body of Ultron's is that it's basically his "Maximoff Twins" form. He only is this persona when they are his allies. The very first time he is revealed in this form is in the church when the Twins meet and join him. And then when they abandon him the *very next scene* with him is the Ultimate version ripping this one apart in front of the imprisoned Widow.
I think what he means is that you literally don't see him create his new forms. I liked the Ultimate reveal BUT the transition from Mark I to Prime was the weirdest thing ever.
Like I stated in another thread, there was clearly a scene or more cut from the party attack to the twins meeting Ultron.
He just already in his Prime form AND the twins happen to walk in on him and wanting him to give them info they apparently got from an unknown source. We never saw what happened to the twins after Strucker's base. So yeah. We should've gotten a scene of Ultron getting his Prime body and the twins getting information to meet Ultron.
