Yes, that transfer happened to quickly. There needed to be a scene where it bridges the gap.
Is there not a thread for the Three A Ultron? Just searched for it and only HT threads popped up.
The search function on these forums is seriously flawed.
I think what he means is that you literally don't see him create his new forms. I liked the Ultimate reveal BUT the transition from Mark I to Prime was the weirdest thing ever.
Like I stated in another thread, there was clearly a scene or more cut from the party attack to the twins meeting Ultron.
He just already in his Prime form AND the twins happen to walk in on him and wanting him to give them info they apparently got from an unknown source. We never saw what happened to the twins after Strucker's base. So yeah. We should've gotten a scene of Ultron getting his Prime body and the twins getting information to meet Ultron.
I think it is Ultimate Ultron and we're meant to see that Prime finishes making him, then he gets up from the table and destroys his previous body.After another viewing, when Ultron is talking to Natasha before the Ultimate reveal, you see him plugging in a cable into a body but is that supposed to be the Ultimate form? I can't see it on the ****** quality version I have.
Definitely gonna go see the movie in theaters again tonight though. I appreciate and love it more every time I see it.
Definitely agree with you there. Probably my most favorite MCU villain with Loki and Fisk just behind him.This guy can't show up fast enough. I usually have patience but I'm pumped for this. After watching the movie a few times he's really grown on me and is one of the best MCU villains IMO

I think it's interesting how Ultron's sympathetic nature towards others lends to his own twisted logic. I think it was you who mentioned it in the AOU movie thread, and if so, then I definitely agree with you. So yeah, I agree that he's sympathetic in a self-serving way. He appreciates the notion of companionship but he clearly recognizes that his plans could potentially kill those who side with him. It's a contradiction between his motives and personality rather than outright hypocrisy; he doesn't want to be alone but he deems the idea of an extinction-level event as necessary in order to "restart" the human race.
Sort of reminds me how in the comic, Ultron desires companionship but everything he creates always ends up betraying him. I think the farthest he took that concept in the comics was when he deemed the Avengers as if they were his own family, but wanted to turn them into androids (or was it robots?) so that they're better suited for his new age.

Great villain and seemingly underrated. Only real problem I had was I wanted more of him
@DarkAngel:
Whedon should have just made a villain piece out of AOU. It would have gotten him less flak, that's for sure.
