This was the main selling shot for me as I mentioned yesterday, and last night I decided it was time to pull the trigger:

I don't know how anyone could say they don't see Renner in that sculpt. Is it pure perfection? None are. Is it a little beautified as some HT sculpts are? Yea. But it's definitely a solid effort.

Sad part is it won't look nearly as good as these proto pics, but I think the final product will be a killer piece overall

In regard to the talk of the sculpt being a reworked version of the 1st one, K.A. Kim did the 1st and So Young, Lee did this AoU. They also list it as "newly developed". They do look similar, but if you really study them you can see differences.

Exactly.
It's like the people who say AOU Cap is a "repaint" of the Strike Cap.
Loads of differences, and even for all the similarities, all the AOU Cap suits still have to be made by hand. It's not like they get pumped out of a machine all made.

So Young Lee sculpted the hair, thats why they can claim its her sculpt :slap HT is just trying to be clever

also the specs do not say "newly developed"

The 1/6th scale Hawkeye Collectible Figure specially features:
- Authentic and detailed likeness of Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye in Avengers: Age of Ultron
- Approximately 30 cm tall
- Body with over 30 points of articulations[...]

Its a good sculpt for sure.... Its just tiny bit off in the brow and eyes.... It kinda throws the likness.... as does the expression

its strictly referring to the hair :rotfl

Newly developed... hair? :lol

IDK, maybe. I don't believe so though. I can see difference between the two but ya never know; sometimes paint can play wacky tricks. But I think they would have been careful with their wording like they did with Cap & Widow, and state "newly painted" as opposed to "newly developed"
