Great news, I traded emails with Tony many months ago to do one, and he was into it then. Glad it's on again.
Wait till he sees how many want a quality representative dress for this figure. For me, I am planning on getting a custom swing bridge to display Luke and Leia, so it makes a YUGE difference to me.

I'm all for a new dress and I'm used to spending Yunsil-level money, but I think the price posted is pretty ridiculous for a dress - even a more complex dress like this.

just wanted to reiterate that I am not gouging you guys on price, Im going by what is the unfortunate industry standard right now. Im still waiting back on a direct quote, so we can hope itll be a bit less, and like i said in the interest thread, the more names we get, the cheaper it becomes for everyone

DEFINITELY not accusing you of gouging Chili!
I know Yunsil just kind of spits back a standard run down of prices now. I honestly haven't tried to negotiate with them yet but if I was doing something like this, I think I might try or at least press them on the reasoning.
NOT saying you should or have to or even that it would be worth it but it just seems crazy when compared to some of the complex, detailed suits I've gotten from her.

Yeah. And how much to add to a $200 figure. I'm not opposed to $500+ figures but having gotten a hand sculpted and painted head for $170 that made Han my favorite fig it's hard to justify that cost for a dress which will make Leia the more expensive figure.
But...I want it.

I think it could be cheaper as its a one piece material for the dress. Whereas the more expensive outfit are usually 2-3 top, bottom and outer with various fabrics and details.

I'll likely get this if it is done right, even at that price. For me, I'm never buying another 1/6 ANH Leia again. Ever. Jinx Luke head...Farmboy's done too. It's almost over.
Hasbro 12" comes out...cool, Star Wars is back. A 20 year nostalgia replacement for what Mom threw in the garage sale back in the day. Sideshow comes out. Wow, "high end" figures. SS has a nice exclusive run, but you kinda knew they could be done better. Enterbay, Medicoms, Hot Toys. Oh man, what if Hot Toys got the license...what? They got it? Hot da**. NOW, we'll get that elusive definitive 1/6 piece. But they've dropped the ball a bit too. But here's the problem. It's 40 years later. I'm old, broke, and out of space. If spending $200 and change on a dress or $180 on a head means I'll finally have THE BEST definitive combo of a piece that I know will never be made better, and I never spend another freaking dime on that character again for the rest of my life, bring it on!!
(that's how I'm justifying it anyway )

Finally get my Leia in a couple of weeks, this is slow to reach other parts of Asia.
Really don't care enough to replace the dress, I'm not that fussy.
