I really like the look of this figure. It's refreshingly different from all the other Iron Man stuff and looks like it'd be a lot of fun to play with and pose. Kind of like 1000toys' Synthetic Human.

As a seasoned ThreeA collector I can tell you it's not that huge of a problem, honestly. You just swap figures with other collectors to get the colourway you want.

Then again the Hot Toys collecting community is massive and splintered compared to the more tight-knit ThreeA legion...

As a seasoned ThreeA collector I can tell you it's not that huge of a problem, honestly. You just swap figures with other collectors to get the colourway you want.

Then again the Hot Toys collecting community is massive and splintered compared to the more tight-knit ThreeA legion...

Yeah I feel like quite a few people would take issue with getting a random one. I wouldn't care really but people want what they want

And then they could make the numbers in different quanities so some would be extremely limited. You know like GG did with their early colored clone trooper busts.....

The person I was commenting on in total write these should be 99 dollars and 149 for a two pack.

So I explained why that would never happen and why it's foolish. I started that reply by saying no one should expect a 2015 hot toys figure to be 99 dollars.

His reply was- I expect a 99 dollar figure in 2015

Intent is not something I can judge. The only point of the post, when you offer zero points or facts or arguments, don't advance the discussion just state it is to troll.

So what other said, in response to your "he's joking" was that Had I said it should be 99, then he explained why that's unlikely and then I replied with the same response he didc(I expect it to be 99 in 2015) that people would have been all over me calling trolling and telling me how wrong I was to expect a hot toys figure to be 99 or I a 2 pack actually be 75 bucks at Msrp. Like I said, switch the names on the comments and the reaction from people is different. If he was joking the first time maybe I buy that. Maybe. But not the second time. Where was your funny gif then?

And telling me to relax even in a gif isn't going to make me relax. if you want to discuss a point or argument I made im all for that. But that kind of talk "relax man" stuff...not so much.

Well I totally got lost in that conversation part yesterday...I thought you were referring to the person saying they were like the Chitauri and why they should be cheaper. I saw the first post about them being $99, which you yourself just said you'd buy as a joke...and that's what I was basing it off of. I didn't see the rest where it may have been him trolling you, or just trying to egg you on, so that's probably why it was misunderstood on my side. I was jumping between about 4-5 threads last night at that time, so I probably scanned past that part.

As for the gif...that's just what I do. I love gifs, and that type of gif is never meant as an attack. It was more of saying there's no reason to get bent out of shape over some silly post. Again, that's without seeing the second post, but still, life's too short to get so worked up over someone you should just ignore if they're baiting you. Then again, I find it hard to ignore CBG's ridiculous posts all the time without pulling my hair out every time I read one, so I guess it just depends on the mood you're in!

Either way, never meant as poking fun at you, just trying to calm the situation. Guess I missed the exact posts you were referring to though, so my bad there. Just try not to let people bug you so much, not worth the aggravation! And try to laugh at gifs more!
