Is anyone planning on getting that 10cm "Ant-Man on Flying Ant"? I'm kind of torn. Just wondering what the rest of you think.

I am, I think its nice little piece - plus it won't take up too much space! I wasn't going to get it originally, but then I saw the film :slap, and enjoyed it so much that I decided that I needed it in my collection!

I'm getting him to hold out for the Civil War version of Ant-Man. Plus I love Anthony is so cool and like others have said he won't take up a lot of room

I just tried to order it from the Sideshow site but it won't let me apply any coupons... Grrrr.

It won't tell me how much shipping is either. What a headache. I've never had such a hard time trying to give money to someone.

You've obviously never dealt with Mattel and digital river. It's a fight to buy anything, even with a yearly subscription where it should automatically be shipped every month.

I've been out of the collectors game for a while actually. I gave up on action figures shortly after Marvel Legends went over to Hasbro. I really just started up again in the spring with Hot Toys. So yeah, I've avoided all of the collectors clubs and whatnot.

Well you missed out on some truly epic boneheaded companies and moves. Digital river is probably the worst sales, customer service, delivery company on the planet. What's worse-that's all they do. Lol they run online store fronts for other companies. Currently running the customer service and sales for Matty collector (Mattels online shop). I'm currently fighting with them again. Or as usual. Bunch of idiots.

Last month my money shipment of figures didn't arrive. I wrote and told them. Then after about ten back and forth messages before they understood that all I was asking is to fix the problem they said I needed to go in and update my address on the system becuase that HAD to be the issue. Lol even though I've been at the same house since I built it four years ago. But ok. Lol but before I had a chance to do it they mailed out the next months order. And shocker, it showed up. So I emailed them again just to do the whole "see I told you your idiots". And they still said they would not send out a new figure until I updated my address becuase it could get lost again. I'm like what? So finally I erased my address put it back in exactly the same and now they want me to pay for shipping again. Lol so I called and asked for a manager and it's supposed to be fixed. Again. Till next month. It's like every month it's something with them. At least twice a year they "accidentally" double or triple (two years ago it was 12, they charged me twelve times over two days and only sent my normal order. And then said it was my banks fualt.) charges. My bank hates them. They threaten every time this happens to block the company from charging any customers. Like I said, these guys suck. Lol and it's been that bad or worse since they started doing the site for Mattel. In 2008. You would think they would get fired. But nope. Lol

I concur. I subscribed to all years of the DC Infinite series and about 3 years of MOTUC when I was collecting 6 in and DR's incompetence is on another level. I'm glad I got far away from Mattel.

Digital River is possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ended my 3 subscriptions mid-year because the weren't shipping one of my subs. They said that they couldn't charge my card and that I put a block on them. After over 20 calls (each time they said it was fixed) I finally go Bank of America on a conference call with Digital Driver to sort things out. Still DR couldn't figure it out, so I cancelled everything and walked away. Worst customer experience ever.

I've dealt with Mattycollector since 2009 and have never had as much grief and trouble ordering things as I have in the last 3 months with Sideshow Collectibles.

So your the ONE. Lol you better knock on wood. I've been dealing with sideshow for ten plus years. Matty since the day they started. And I had more problems in 2009 then all of sideshow combined. In fact you can pick any year I've subbed with Matty (that's all) or the trying to order before the sub when they sold out in 30 seconds..any one year by itself had more issues with a sub that was supposed to be an order it once and never deal with it again till the next sub...then over a decade with ssc. Lol if you add it all up...I bet it's like 75 to 1, Matty to ssc issue ratio. I still have not gotten the sub exclusive from last year. And they won't refund the 25 dollar sub sign up charge either. Every year man. I'm getting irritated thinking about it. Lol
