I always thought trailers were supposed to give people just enough to make them see a movie WITHOUT giving away a big part of it. Marvel may have been not thinking clearly about spoiling it but rather what can they show to lure people to see it so they can get the most return on their investment? Showing that armor scene would certainly do it. Just guessing here, lol..

not these days, you get to see 3/4 of the movie through trailers alone, the there's featurettes and spoilers everywhere, for the average person it would peak there interest without giving much away...but for those of us who actually use our brains, its enough to ruin the movie by showing to much, especially for those of us with a talent for deduction

I am just glad to have a friend for Midas finally...but this is one impressive figure in hand....I actually was worried with everyone saying about "limited poseabilibty" but he seems to have all that he needs, his arms, just due to design are a little limiting anyway...

I know a lot say this is overpriced but at what point would the price seem fair for this guy? Is $222 a good price shipped or do you think prices will drop further?

Don't see it dropping much below retail. Maybe wait and pray for double rewards or use a coupon. :huh

I think it wouldve been epic. A waste tho, the film made it like the Iron Legion would be like a surprise epic, but we knew they existed due to the trailers...
Yeah that disappointed me when I first saw Iron Man 3. The trailer and promotional material made it seem like the House Party armors would have a bigger part in the film. Instead most of them barely show up for a few seconds.

Lol, true. Now I know why when some fellow boardies avoid all, if possible, discussion/trailers for up coming movies to avoid spoiling it.

I caved on this also, the double rewards and GC did it for me. The only thing is if you use a GC they deduct it from the total of the reward points which I thought was a bit sneaky. I used a 50 dollar card so I only get 460 points instead of 510.
