I kinda regret cancelling Tactical re-release preorder in a hope this would be better, but I feel stupid rn. Don't really like how this looks, looks nothing like Ben. Hope I can get Tactical once he's released in 2024.

I hope you can too. It is quite possible that there will still be Tacticals available by then. I mean look at some of the other rereleases they seem to hang around for a good amount of time. I pre-ordered the Tactical re-release just because I’m a bit risk averse and like to just get things over with, but who knows you may be able to get one later on at a discount

If I did not currently have both the re-released BatFleck “Tactical Suit” on the waitlist and “the Batman” on pre-order I still do not think I would grab this…it just does not look all that great imo.
The Bike looks great.
I will wait until this is released and watch some YouTube videos on it and if this turns out looking decent I may use my Sideshow points and grab it…as of now I am passing.
I do not think this will be sold out for a long time.

I like the bike.
I as well…the Batman figure not so much. I am really looking forward to receiving both the Affleck “Tactical Suit” as well as “the Batman” both from Hot Toys. I do not see a reason to add this figure to my collection when imo the ones mentioned look far better. 😎

I may wait until after this is released and watch some YouTube videos on it and if this turns out nice I may use my points from Sideshow to get this…but so far this is a pass for me.
I doubt this will be sold out for quite a while.

Lol! Hot Toys invading the 1/12 scale scene by giving us upscaled figuarts and one:12 figures. What's next? Upscaled Marvel legends?

Is it even confirmed to be Affleck? The mouth doesn't even have his cleft chin. If you look at any of the previous HT Afflecks the mouths look nothing like these.

There's no mention of Affleck at all in the description so the general consesus is that he didn't give his likeness rights for any merchendise with The Flash.

You can see this with the McFarlane figure as well which had a notable change in likeness on their figure. This Hot Toys figure is quite literally "Stunt Man Batman Figure from The Flash"

It's Affleck but it seems for whatever reason HT isn't mentioning it's him in his final appearance as Batman. Plus I think it's less of an hassle if they didn't pay for likeness rights and can just use his cgi scenes for the sculpt likeness. I really hope they fix it before release at the very least as a good bye to him in the cape and cowl.

It's Affleck

Definitely not. No cleft chin on the face plate. Even the stunt double has a cleft chin. I would agree with the theory that Hot Toys tried to model this after a young Keaton instead.

It's his Batman obviously only HT didn't bother trying to get likeness rights so they went with a generic chin. It's clear who it's supposed to be but it's not 100% him to avoid any issues. I'm sure they'll find a way to fix it but even if they do the majority on here won't be buying this figure. My biggest issue is why is there a seam line in front of his pants at the groin, it looks like he put his pants on backwards.

Dimensions are 56.5cm L x 16cm W x 20.5 cm H (22.2" x 6.3" x 8.1"). It's only 2.5cm (@1") shorter in length than the Bat-Pod while being 4.5 cm taller (I'm assuming with the flaps up), so even if it's slightly undersized it'll take up plenty of space in our collections.

Yeah I guess you are right, this bike is still pretty big. But I don’t understand why Hot Toys felt the need to make it clearly smaller than it should be. I still love the design and will buy it, but part of what makes this bike so cool to me is what a huge beast it is in the film. I think I like the almost comic book like size of the bike in the trailers. It makes you think what type of lunatic would get on that thing ….oh yeah Batman.

Do you guys think Hot Toys intentionally made this bike undersized for display purposes or some other reason? Or do you think they sort of just screwed up with their math on this?
