Rewatching the movie I really hate how cheap and flimsy the suit looked on screen, and it's almost like they went out of their way to make it look bad and unflattering on him. But it does make for a pretty cool figure at least.

Apparently from BTS videos Keaton asked the costume design team to keep the stiffness of the suit and cowl since that's how he remembers it in the original films. They did want to make it easier for him to move his body and neck but said okay to his request.

Such a colossal bummer they didn’t build the ‘89 2.0 like this - hard plastic armor with a soft goods undersuit.

Agreed! I said as much in my first post in this thread. HT had plenty of time to update the ‘89 figure to something more like this if they wanted to. It’s a shame they didn’t

Wow didn't think I'd have any interest in this but the figure looks so good! Both headsculpts look amazing!

Also, if they can do this suit with the fabric suit and armor on top, there's no reason they can't do the same for the '89 figure

I feel that way about the actual Flash suit too. Seeing a physical suit and not something slathered in CGI every frame makes it look real because, well, it is. The toy is more real than the movie version itself.

I mean it's the weakest plate even on the prototype... the neutral plate and smirking one are pretty good.

Not if you go back in time and alter the past and made this into a highly successful movie…

I was just about over waiting on this figure, lost enthusiasm some time ago and alraedy looking to off load it. However....those pictures indicate a pretty cool looking figure. The movie was crap, sad that that was the last we see of Keaton as Batman and as a less than iconic Batman god only knows I do not need this in my collection-but the figure looks good.
