God these pics are making it difficult not to jump onto SSC's website and buy this.

Maybe Sideshow should start including little instruction sheets with figures like this...like HT does.

I like chocolate.

I assumed the SSC shoulders were like the Hasbro version which don't "spin" (i.e. all the way round), but rather they "swing" within that opening below the shoulder cylinder. The Hasbro arms only have about 45 degrees of movement forward or backward.

It may be that that is the design of the character - i.e. the prop's arms couldn't spin 360 degrees?

Nope, they're just stuck. 46 seconds into this video they showcase all of his articulation, INCLUDING the shoulders

additionally, they were going for more of the feel from the clonewars, where it/he moved around, was active, and seemed alot more dangerous, unlike a coffee maker.

they just need to be broken in.

Holy crap! I had to use pliers and a t-shirt to make the other shoulder budge, and then it still wouldn't move afterward. It's damn tight.

On the upside, at least it's not too loose.

Dear Collector,

We wanted to take this opportunity to e-mail you about your wait list reservation for your IG-88 1:6 Exclusive figure. At this time we have not had any cancelations for this item nor are we expecting to have many cancelations once this item is ready to start shipping; therefore we will be CLOSING this wait list shortly and canceling all collector reservations that have been submitted. *Once this is completed you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation, until you receive this initial email, your wait list reservation will still remain active.*

BOOOOooooOOOOooo... guess i have to settle for the regular :monkey2 oh well :dunno

They're already closing the waitlist? That seems premature. However, this figure is pretty F'ing awesome! What great looking figure on display.

I like that they used the hole in his left forearm to hold an added peg at the butt of the gun, keeping it steady in his hand. Tight joints aside, this really is an amazingly well engineered figure.

Here's a shot of how mine will be collecting dust for the next couple years.:clap

I received the same email on Secret Project IM. My waitlist was never removed from the site. 4 mos later, I get a email stating the WL converted and my card would be charged. Needless to say, I called and cancelled. There is hope if you really, really want the ex.

It's very light, all plastic, but doesn't feel too delicate. There is so much articulation that it's hard to knock it in such a way to force something to break off. As in my pic above, the LED cap fits well. It drops in and turns to lock in place.

What exactly extends on this figure? I find him rather delicate. Sort of reminds me of HT's endoskeleton.

I'm not too sad about this, the axe might of been a nice aesthetic addition, but I can fabricate one if need be.
