So much nicer than an infraction, huh?

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand this thread just went from immature to reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally icky.

Stay on target folks.

Wondering if the collaboration b/t HT and Sideshow will raise the cost on all Sideshow figures, or if it will be limited to specific collaboration pieces.

While I'm fine with the IG-88 price; $175 is the most SS has ever charged for a single 1/6 figure. And I have a feeling Grievous may surpass that mark.

Just hope $150 (or general HT prices) don't become the norm for all future Sideshow figures.

I would think it would only increase on the figures being colaborated on.

Then again, Sideshow could see this as an oportune time to increase prices across the board.

Look at the $170 Zartan figure HT had nothing to do with....so .....:dunno

I didn't even notice that Zartan cost that much. :lol

Was I in danger of being infracted??

Surely not.

I was merely pointing our how well an angry ape avatar is more fitting of your surly and abrasive demeanor.

Of course you weren't. I was just being an ass because I got one. :monkey1

Mods should give out hugz instead of infractions. I'm gonna start a petition.

I definitely foresee a nasty trend.

I also agree General G is probably gonna be closer to the $200 mark.

Yeah, that is where part of my concern is coming from. I can sort of see his price increase given the upgraded body, armor and extra stuff. But $170 is pretty damn high; especially next to Rock 'n Roll at $135 :huh

The light up base is going to be a decent chunk of change. I have a feeling that if it had regular base only it would have been more like $150

Even though I own both versions of Boba Fett from Medicom, this is a must buy for me. He's right up there with the Stormtroopers as one of my favorite Star Wars characters. Glad SSC is finally releasing this bad boy! And given the recent price increases, I'm sure he'll be right up there in price like the recent IG-88 release.

Wow, I come on here this morning to see if there are any more pics or news on Boba and all I see are 18 pages of Medi vs Sideshow! Why does it always have to devolve into this?

Anyway, looking forward to seeing more pics of Boba today. I am so stoked about this figure! Heck, even my wife is excited (or at least pretended to be). Like Vader, this is one of those "price isn't an issue" releases for me, but I am curious as to how much he will be. I have to collect on a budget, and have passed on a lot of cool figures because I really couldn't justify the price, but this will make up for those figures I didn't get.

Well, he's actually $160, but whatever he costs, he's ____ing Zartan so the price is more than reasonable.

I was worried for a second there. Not that he cost $170, but that I was capable of pulling the trigger on a $170 figure without noticing the price. I guess I only do that up to $160. Whew.

Fett will be the same price as Zartan, I bet.

Right sorry... still, that's a pretty big jump for a 1/6 figure. Given the gear I get it, but I don't quite see $25 a lot more on him that Rock 'n Roll.

I wonder if these recent releases are using the HT factories to produce and why we're seeing the increase in price.

I am guessing sometime during Comic-Con. Tomorrow through Sunday.

The announcement and release of so many excellent figures and the "collaboration" sure has ramped up the love for the Star Wars section. The number of viewers has been pretty consistently 1/3 to 1/2 of the Marvel section for quite some time. And now this section is even beating them out.

You all need to stay the hell away from the pre-orders until you see that I have posted that I have mine.
