Yeah, I didn't see this until now... and missed out. Doesn't pay to have a busy week. Seemed like the countdown on Gammy and Greedo lasted weeks, this one seemed like was announced then sold out in a blink. On waitlist for what's it's worth (does anyone actually get stuff that way?)........... must agree that sculpt doesn't look 100%, but still looks decent. Hasbro hasn't nailed Yoda after all these years, so I guess he's got one of those faces.

I made a mistake a few months back and cancelled the Emperor EX. I called SS telling them that I F'd up but there was nothing they could do. Anyway, I hopped on the WL and it converted about a month ago.

Long story short, hop on the WL. It should convert within a month or two.

But it is still on their home page (on the right). Just select it with the drop down box.

EDIT: ehh... nope it is not there. You can still select the yoda vid, but it has been replaced by the Clone trooper Lt. backstage pass. Odd.
Bogwing lapsus? My guess.

It's always been fun to go up to the booth at SDCC and preorder one of every exclusive. Guess that ain't happening this year...

It'd be cool if they did a swamp environment with an exclusive Luke reveal Vader dome (for those without the custom) that you could also add the log that comes with Yoda in to either use for the Dagobah duel or sit Yoda in for training.

me neither and on the subject of snakes.. both the regular AND the exclusive SHOW a snake (though it's not listed as an accessory) but only the exclusive shows the orange one.

Looks great but I'm a little concerned about articulation. It looks limited like the Gammy. What does everyone think?

Personally I'll wait for a good deal on this one. Even just an e-tailer like BBTS for a few bucks less. The exclusive is fun, but not necessary for me.

The hut is fantastic, though! Even my wife (who hates my hobby) had to mention how cool it looked.

I think you don't need to worry about articulation. He's got about the same as a 12" Marvel Legends figure. They showed the nude body in the preview back in May.

Not sure I'll keep the EX -- don't really need two snakes unless I give one to my Indy.

I think they pulled one of the snakes from the environment piece. The hut looks to have three snakes as accessories. At least, I hope this is the case. If the regular has a snake and I'm paying more for the Ex just to have an orange snake, I might just cancel and go regular. Sure the orange is a nice throw-back, but I can easily just paint the snake orange.
