I'm all for agreeing that the intelligence community completely dropped the ball in IDing the suspects and preventing it because of bull____ egos and superiority complexes, but this 911 BS becomes ridiculous when talk of the towers being an inside job comes up. Most of the theories I read said it was a plan to start a path to US world dominance, or to build allies for Israel to stamp out the Muslim world. Some even offered up oil as a cause. But all of that was stalled when no WMD's were found in Iraq. Surely if the government could perpetrate 911 they could easily plant WMD's in Iraq. So all you conspiracy nuts, what was the reason behind it, if you don't believe the truth?

and yet my brother in law managed to do just that by ordering a slide stock and trigger online for a few hundred bucks. No tax stamp, no back ground check, zip. Didn't even need a license to buy the gun.

the difference is he was sharing HIS opinion and you were sharing opinions you claim were from people other then you. It may be subtle, but thats the difference. Its one thing to share what you believe, its another to share things other people supposedly believe to prove a point.

The ATF has been known to call something legal then say it's illegal later on. I don't trust any item that claims to make a weapon full auto and approved by the ATF. I'll stick with single round each trigger pull thank you.

I live in a small town as well that is pretty safe.

I have to wonder though, how many Canadians have hunting rifles. Out of the 6 houses around me, 4 I know have rifles. I don't, I have a Colt.

A gun is a gun, and I'm sure Canada has plenty too.
