I think another ship will come along over the next couple of years, Boise needs to get on the ship this time.

Unless deep down know they cant compete week end and week out in a big conference and they didn't make any attempt to move to a big conference on purpose.

At least in the future only one of the Boise/TCU combo will be undefeated and wont have to listen how both got screwed.

Hard to say. I've watched Boise play and they are a very good team. Forget the teams they play and watch how they do things it's equal to any team.

I can understand why the hate towards BSU. They are damn good and can compete with anyone.

The BCS is to determine who deserves to play for the MNC, not who the best team is.

I for one hope it is BSU, TCU or Utah playing for MNC just so we can give them there shot and get them out of the way.

Boise is a fine team but it's like taking a short-cut when the ones in the major conferences are punching each other in the mouth week in and week out. I don't doubt they can play and/or beat any team on any given day but they don't have to battle for 9 or 10 games like the rest. They have 2 or 3. Not fair to them I know since that's what is on their schedule but it's really not fair to the ones in the major conferences who have a heck of a lot tougher road.

Duke rarely lies.

They do have an little bit of an easier road but like you said you have to play whose in front of you.

LOL

How about those Tigers yesterday? F*CK NICK SATAN....that's what you get.

I loved seeing all of his little temper tantrums on the sidelines yesterday when LSU had a big play....and there were many temper tantrums.:yess:
Word :yess:

Yeah, those two teams are playing well. Unlike MU all of a sudden who looks like they have no heart. All the talent in the world but a sudden lose of heart makes me really start to question the head coach.

Since the Longhorns have gone straight to the crapper (I wish Mack would pull Gilbert and give Case some field time) I'm going with TCU for the rest of the year.

This week's BCS rankings:

1. Oregon State 9-0
2. Auburn 10-0
3. TCU 10-0
4. Boise State 8-0
5. LSU 8-1 :hi5:
6. Stanford 8-1
7. Wisconsin 8-1
8. Nebraska 8-1
9. Ohio State 8-1
10. Oklahoma State 8-1
Dang, I'm torn. I want LSU to have a shot obviously, but if Auburn loses and LSU wins out, it is possible that neither LSU nor Auburn would get into the title game. Meaning no SEC team would get into the title game. Which would suck. Guess I'll have to root for Bama (*shudder*) and hope the chips fall in LSU's favor.

I guess it is also possible that the BCS calculations will take into account the mid-major schedules as the season winds down and will bump those others out of what are now the 3rd and 4th spots. I don't really know how all that works.

Well it looks like Boise and TCU may get a shot at the national championship thanks to Cam Newton and his father. I was kinda iffy if they really did anything but everyday there is more people coming out saying what they did.
