Thanks for posting these. Holy Cow. This game looks so stunning. Anyone complaining about the visuals needs a slap. I just watched gamespots review. They gave it an 8.5. The reviewer raves on about how good the story is and how theres many twists and turns and then says its predictable and not enough stand out moments. He goes on to say it looks great, plays great and has alot of atmosphere but its not memorable. He seems to contradict himself alot. I don't like gamespots reviews. It sounded like he was going to give it a 9.5 or something. It seems like overall the response is highly positive. I guess its harder for games to receive high scores these days no matter how good they are.
I am so pumped for this.

I have never trusted the magazines scores/ rating, because there are always too many "subjective" points of view, $$$, nationalism and others weird things...
Some very good games have been unfairly punished and other mediocre games has been rated with very high scores..so definitely do not trust.
I,m on chapter 4 now (the game has 6 chapters in total), and the episodic narrative and story telling is awesome and addictive...Each time you finish a chapter you,ll say
WTF!!! ...Even the music at the end of each chapter is really good (Roy Orbison at the end of firt chapter, for example). This game has a "special feeling", and somewhat unique.
If you like the Mystery, intrigue or tv series like: "lost" , "Twin Peaks" ,"the twilight zone" or "X- Files", then, you,ll love this game for sure
About the graphics Well, I would say that Alan Wake is on the top 5 games, with better graphics (global level) of this console generation (I have both PS3 & 360)
The dusk shot is amazing looking, lighting on the game looks phenomenal
Yes. This game has the best lighting effects to date...The HDR lighting, the number of light sources, and the real time shadows are amazing, even at the expense of other technical features...Nevertheless, like I said before, the "global" looking and result is breathtaking
